Educator for the Three Social Clubs - Klub Nord

Are you keen to make a difference for children and young people – and be a part of their everyday life? At Klub Nord we are looking for an engaged pedagogue who wants to be close to the children, create good activities and help develop strong communities. We are seeking a pedagogue for a 35-hour position, who thrives in a day-to-day where no two days are the same, and where the relationship with the children is one of the most important things we work with.

Who are we?

Club Nord is a club offering for children and young people aged 10–17 years. With us there should be room for diversity, good ideas, laughter, activities and the conversations that arise when an adult is present and genuinely interested in the children.

We work to ensure that our children and young people feel seen, heard and have a place in the community. Therefore relationships and communities are a large part of our pedagogical work.

We believe that children develop when they get the opportunity to try themselves, take responsibility, have influence and meet adults who can both support, challenge and set clear boundaries.

Working hours are in the 11:00–20:00 window, and you must be able to work two evenings per week until 20:00.

Who are we looking for?

We are not looking for one specific type of pedagogue. But we hope you have energy, initiative and desire to be with children and young people. It is important to us that you can create relationships and at the same time be a clear adult. You should be keen to start activities, but also be able to see the child who may stand a bit in the background and needs help finding their place in the community.

We expect you to

• Be a trained pedagogue.
• Be good at building relationships with children and young people.
• Take initiative and dare to bring your own interests and ideas into play.
• Can plan, implement and evaluate pedagogical activities together with children and colleagues.
• Be curious about the children and interested in what occupies them.
• Be able to be both present, clear and caring.
• Want to contribute to a team where we develop our practice together.

Employment terms

Employment is made according to the collective agreement - Pedagogues and unqualified club pedagogues in day care, clubs, etc. The expected starting salary is

34,789.34 DKK.

It should be noted that final placement, including collective agreement basis and salary level, is set based on your education and qualifications and the specific offered position.
