Educator for Troldhøj Kindergarten - maternity leave cover

We are seeking a professionally skilled and outgoing pedagogue for a maternity leave replacement at Børnehuset Troldhøj.

We are looking for a trained pedagogue for a 36-hour maternity leave replacement.

You are active, imaginative, proactive and professionally grounded, and you love creating exciting activities for our children.

We are a kindergarten with about 50 children. We are 8 staff at Troldhøj, so you will become part of a small but strong team that helps each other across the board.

Your tasks

• Be curious and reflective about practice and your own practice so we can continuously improve and become even better at creating well-being for our children.
• Close and strong collaboration with parents.
• Close collaboration with the Resource Pedagogue, Speech/Hearing consultants.
• Professional sparring partner with colleagues.
• Help strengthen a professional evaluation culture.
• Preparation of Language Assessment, Dialogue Profiles, Focus Points/Development Plans, Pathway Builder (Brain and Heart), Language Tests, Motor Skills Tests, Palle Post, Transition Assessments, pedagogical activities.
• Perhaps you have a craft, are musical or have other areas you are passionate about and want to share?

We are a Village Scheme under Holstebro Municipality with joint leadership and shared operation of the school, SFO and kindergarten. Nr. Felding School and Kindergarten are located in the middle of an active local community close to Holstebro. We have beautiful and varied nature and a strong collaboration with the town's associations.

We have an engaged staff team with 26 employees distributed between school, kindergarten and SFO.

We have 90 schoolchildren, about 55 children in SFO and 50 children in the kindergarten.

Salary and employment conditions will be according to applicable collective agreement.
