Børnehuset Jordbærmarken søger pædagog eller pau

1 pædagog/pau, 37 t/u 1.11.2026 eller snarest derefter

Jordbærmarken er normeret til at kunne rumme 80 børnehavebørn og 40 vuggestuebørn. Vi arbejder team- og klyngebaseret hen over dagen og er i ydertimer et fælles hus. I formiddagstimer arbejdes med mindre udviklingsgrupper 4 dage ugentligt.

Den pædagogiske vision for Jordbærmarken har sit omdrejningspunkt i naturen og i arbejdet med, hvordan udeliv kan fungere som læringsrum på en meningsfuld og synlig måde. Vi har fokus på glæden ved at være under åben himmel hver dag, og på at have naturen i højsæde, men også gennem bevidsthed om bæredygtighed og om hvordan vi sammen passer på miljøet.

Fundamentet for den daglige pædagogiske praksis tager afsæt i Neuropsykologisk Relationel Pædagogik, som er en helhedsorienteret pædagogisk tilgang, hvor opgaven bl.a. er at støtte barnets udvikling ved at ”vande” deres spirende læringsfrø og være den trygge base for udvikling. Desuden arbejder vi med udgangspunkt i Den styrkede Læreplan og læring gennem hele dagen. Pædagogisk og organisatorisk justeres hverdagen efter den aktuelle børnegruppe.

We are well underway with developing our pedagogical everyday life, but there is still plenty of opportunity to participate in co-creative processes focusing on both professionalism and community. There is room for creativity, curiosity and for you, together with us, to influence and shape practice around the good life for children. Therefore we are looking for a new colleague who has strong relational skills and is passionate about making their mark on everyday life.

• take the lead in embedding nature into the everyday DNA
• work relationally and reflectively with children, colleagues and your own development
• maintain overview and presence in the group as a whole and in relation to each child
• act loyal, structured, and be flexible and reliable
• play and immerse yourself, follow and develop children's initiatives
• take initiative, work independently and contribute to planning, execution and documentation of practice.
• Use IT-based tools e.g. Aula, Teams, Outlook, etc.

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement, as well as rules on new pay formation. In connection with employment, a child protection and criminal background check will be obtained.
