We are a small children’s house in Lystrup, where we know each other well, help each other in daily life and have the opportunity to put our own mark on the pedagogical practice. Now we miss a new colleague at Valmuen, perhaps it is you?

You can be a trained pedagogue or pedagogical assistant. The most important thing is that you love spending time with the children and are passionate about the pedagogy profession.

The position is a permanent 37-hour week with start on December 1, 2026.

Who are we?

Blomsterhaven is an integrated institution with 55 children and 14 staff distributed across three rooms. We are a small house, and that means we know each other across the rooms, help each other when needed, and have a good sense of what is happening in the house.

With us you become part of a collegial group with different ages, interests and experiences, who want to help each other – both professionally and socially.

We brainstorm with each other in everyday life, both at meetings and when we discuss something over a cup of coffee. We place emphasis on integrity, a good tone of voice and being curious about each other's perspectives.

Your everyday with us

At Valmuen there are in total three staff – two pedagogues and an assistant, who together have responsibility for the children's group development and well-being.

You will be close to the children all day. You will join in the play, help the children into the community, follow their initiatives and help create frameworks where they can be curious, play and develop.

We are focused on relationships - both between children and children and adults - and on how we can give all children the opportunity to be part of the community. We work, among other things, with a basis in Daycare for All as well as a neuropsychological understanding with play at the center of the children’s development and well-being.

Right now we are particularly working with our physical and linguistic learning environments. This means there is also an opportunity to influence the development of our learning rooms and how we use them in the pedagogical work.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary setting occurs after negotiation with the union authorized to negotiate based on qualifications, unless the position is covered by a preliminary agreement which can form the basis for the salary setting.
