Educator or pedagogical assistant to Denmark's best work community in Børnehuset Frøen – Faxe Municipality

Are you passionate about inclusive learning environments and strong child communities?

Then you may be the one we are looking for as a new educator in Børnehuset Frøen. You are employed at the house, and in this case it is the nursery who needs a person.

We are seeking a trained educator or pedagogical assistant for a permanent position of 37 hours per week with start on 1/12 2026 or as soon as possible.

In Børnehuset Frøen we work according to NEST as our pedagogical method, and with an inclusive view of children, where all children should experience themselves as valuable participants in the community. We believe that children do their best, and that it is the adults' responsibility to create safe, clear and developing frameworks for participation, wellbeing and learning.

We are looking for an educator who

• is a trained educator, pedagogical assistant or equivalent.
• works respectfully and professionally in dealings with children, parents and colleagues
• has an eye for children's resources, participation opportunities and communities
• can work in a structured way and create clear frameworks in everyday life
• actively contributes to professional reflection and development
• thrives in close collaboration with colleagues, parents and cross-disciplinary partners
