Childcare House Møllen is looking for an educator for a parental leave substitute in the toddlers' group

Do you want to be part of a toddler group where presence, play, relationships and children's communities are the focus? Then it might be you we are looking for.

We are seeking an educator for 35 hours for a parental leave substitute in our toddler group.

Employment: 1 January 2027

Who are we?

Childcare House Møllen is an integrated institution in Rønnede with both a toddler group and a kindergarten. In the toddler group we have four groups with about 56 children and many dedicated and competent colleagues.

For us it is important that the children experience adults who see them, are close to them and want to be with them . We know that secure relationships and good communities are an important prerequisite for children to thrive, develop and learn.

We therefore work a lot with how we as adults create good frameworks for the children – and how our organization, positioning and pedagogical choices give the children opportunities to participate and be part of the community.

We work with NEST pedagogy and focus, among other things, on the idea that children are more similar than different, and that we should be curious about what challenges the group faces, rather than only looking at what challenges the individual child faces.

No child at Møllen should be randomly lucky!

Who are you?

We are looking for you, who want to be a close and engaged adult in the children's everyday life.

You don't need to be able to do everything, but we expect that you want to be curious, learn together with us and actively contribute to our shared pedagogical practice.
