Educator sought for a nursery life with closeness, relationships, and community

Do you have an eye for the big in the small... ... and are you passionate about the nursery life’s closeness, relationships and communities? We are looking for a warm and present educator who is focused on the child’s perspective and on creating a daily life where all children are seen, heard and touched and acknowledged as they are.

We are seeking a trained pedagogue for 37 hours for a permanent position in our nursery with a total of three rooms. In Børnenes Hus Jystrup we work with community and strong relationships as the foundation for children's wellbeing, development and learning. We base our work on the child’s perspective and have an eye for how we as adults create good opportunities for participation and communities for all children.

You might be the right fit for us if: You have strong relational skills and can translate your pedagogical perspective into everyday action. You are focused on the child’s perspective and see it as an important task to create opportunities for participation and communities for all children.

You see parents as important partners around the child and value open, respectful and trustful parent collaboration. You dare to be curious, have good conversations and share both what works and what may be difficult.

You thrive on collegial sparring and collective reflection and want to help develop our pedagogical practice.

Perhaps you enjoy rhythm, singing games and music with the children. Perhaps you have special competencies in language or an interest in sustainability. Or perhaps you bring something else that can enrich our shared pedagogical practice. Please tell us about it in your application.
