The framework for your work

You will receive preparation time ABOUT children, which you plan yourself, because we know that it provides quality in the time WITH children.

We have few evening meetings, as the pedagogy is planned during opening hours in weekly meetings with your team or through another meeting culture across the day-care center.

When employed for 37 hours you get a fixed early day.

You will become part of a day-care center where culture, relationships and collaboration are actively cultivated.

We are curious about how your view of humanity becomes visible in your meeting with children and adults, and how you work to achieve close and trusting cooperation with parents?

• Tell about a situation where you made a choice based on your view of humanity – not from a plan. What did you do, and what did it do for the child?
• What small action do you perform – almost automatically – when a child seeks safety with you?
• How do you create a strong collaboration with parents who are not like you?
