Educator sought for Kløverhulen

Kløverhulen seeks an educator – and a colleague with a desire for a special role

Do you want to help create safe surroundings, strong children's communities and a daily life characterized by play, presence and development?

We are looking for a trained educator for 37 hours from 1 December 2026 , who wants to bring their professional expertise, presence and commitment into play with us. We are also looking for an educator who would like to take on the role of deputy .

With us, relationships and play are the starting point

At Kløverhulen we believe that well-being, curiosity and development grow when children feel safe, are met with presence and feel that they belong. We are focused on the small development moments that arise between the children and between the children and us as pedagogical staff.

We work purposefully with pedagogical learning environments, where all children have the opportunity to participate, develop and be a meaningful part of the community. With a Wood/positive pedagogy approach, clear frameworks and an intentional organization, we create room for play, immersion and development.

Play has a very special place with us. We are looking for an educator who dares to sit on the floor, follow the children's initiatives, contribute ideas and help to progress the play. You should be able to see when the children need space to play by themselves, and when your participation can support the play, inspire or help more children join the community.

A professional community in development

As an educator at Kløverhulen you will become part of a dedicated staff, where we together take responsibility for the children's well-being, learning and development. You will have the opportunity to work with children's well-being, language and participation opportunities, among other things in smaller groups, and contribute your ideas to a professional community.

We believe we succeed best when we as adults help each other, share experiences and are curious about our practice. We want to be a place where we share experiences, consult with each other and develop our practice – even when everyday life is busy.

In spring 2026 we as a day-care started with Daycare for All , a joint development initiative focusing, among other things, on physical learning environments, attachment and interaction, positions and organization and how we move from intention to practice. And although we have now completed the three workshops, we will continue to focus on how we maintain the focus we have achieved through shared reflection and evaluation, which you naturally will become part of.

We are looking for you who

  • are a trained educator and work reflectively and professionally with your practice
  • meet the children with presence and see play as a central part of their well-being, learning and development
  • follow the children's initiatives and dare to participate actively in the play
  • have an eye for inclusion, participation and strong children's communities
  • can plan, implement and evaluate pedagogical activities
  • thrive in smaller groups and contribute positively to collaboration with colleagues and parents
  • want to take co-responsibility for everyday life and take on the role of deputy.

Kløverhulen is part of Holme Rundhøj and Skåde Højbjerg Daycare.

Would you like to become part of Kløverhulen?
