Educator sought for maternity-leave substitute for our lower primary and SFO Artium Brande

We are seeking a pedagogue 30-32 hours/week from January 2027

About the position

You will have an exciting and varied daily life with tasks both in the lower school and in the after-school program (SFO), and you will work with children who need extra support, structure, and clear adults.

You will be an important part of the children's day – both in the school part and the after-school part, where community, learning, well-being and play are in focus.

We are looking for a pedagogue who

• Is curious, patient, appreciative and adaptable
• Is good at having a Plan B ready.
• Wants to help think creatively about teaching activities.
• Has an eye for the individual child and the child’s place in the community
• Wants to bring their professional and personal competences into play across the school and SFO
• Can create structure, predictability and clear boundaries for children
• Is present, clear and relationship-focused
• Can take initiative and work independently – but also thrive in teams
• Contributes with a good mood and engagement in everyday life
