Then you now have the opportunity to become a pedagogue in Solsikken, which as of 1 March 2026 moved into completely new, thoughtfully designed spaces, which are growing rapidly in both the number of children and staff.

Solsikken is a safe, well-functioning day-care facility with a strong culture and an engaged staff. Now we are expanding and are looking for a pedagogue for the kindergarten who wants to be part of an exciting development process, where you get real influence on daily life, pedagogy and community.

We are looking for a pedagogue who is a children’s magnet – an adult with calm, presence and authenticity, whom children instinctively are drawn to. A pedagogue whose personality, professionalism and generosity creates relationships where children feel seen, met and invited into the community.

A meaningful everyday life – for both children and adults

At Solsikken we take the children's perspectives as our starting point and follow their tracks. We believe that all children do their best, and we design our pedagogy with a view to resources, intentions and communities.

Nature, outdoor life and movement feature prominently in our everyday life. We explore the world together with the children and create the framework for our shared curiosity to unfold.

Practical

Interviews will be held on Tuesday 17 November 2026 from 12:00.

Working hours: 37 hours

Employment date: as soon as possible or no later than 1 January 2026

Salary placement is made according to the agreement for pedagogues at day-care institutions, school-age childcare, clubs etc., our pre-agreements and any individual allowances based on special competences, knowledge or experience. The position’s salary range as a pedagogue will be from 33,274.23 to 39,458.24 DKK per month, depending on the candidate’s seniority, additional training and personal competencies. Salary range is monthly salary excluding pension.
