Educator wanted for Cassiopeia

Educator sought for Cassiopeia's kindergarten department

Do you want to be part of creating something new?

Are you willing to be involved when a new kindergarten structure has to find its form? And do you dream of a workplace where there is room for your ideas, interests and professional skills?

Then it might be you we are looking for!

From August 2026, Cassiopeia took a big step and moved from family rooms to a division into nursery and kindergarten. We are therefore in the process of creating a new everyday life, new communities and a new pedagogical structure in Cassiopeia.

Now we are seeking an engaged, present and curious educator, who wants to help shape it all.

Here you get a very special opportunity to be a co-creator. You’re not just entering a finished structure – you get the opportunity to put your mark on everyday life, the community and the pedagogical direction.

Perhaps you play guitar or piano? Perhaps you love nature, music, creativity, movement, science, storytelling or something completely different?

We believe that your interests and competences can help create even more wonderful experiences for the children.

A workplace with room for life

We believe that good conditions for employees create good conditions for the children.

Therefore we work with flexible working frameworks and see, among other things, possibilities for: a 4-day workweek, home-working day, flexibility in planning of the work as well as room for professional development and own initiatives.

What do you get with us?

We believe that the best children’s communities are created by adults who dare to be curious, creative and take responsibility – and who at the same time can play, laugh and be present with the children.

If you want to have influence, start ideas and help shape a kindergarten where there is room for both professionalism, creativity, play and diversity, we would very much like to hear from you.

Does it sound like something for you?

Send us your application and tell us preferably

Who are you? What are you passionate about? And what would you like to bring into

Cassiopeia Kindergarten?

We look forward to hearing from you!
