The Milky Way Nursery, which belongs to the Dagtilbudsdistrikt Glavendrup, is seeking a professionally engaged and dedicated educator for 37 hours.

What do we emphasize?

We focus on strengthening children's ability to participate in meaningful communities, where play plays a central role in the development of relationships. You must therefore be willing to enter play with engagement and continue the joy of play – especially for the children who need an extra hand.

We work systematically with positioning all day. It creates clarity and room for play and activities for both children and adults.

As an educator you are expected to take professional responsibility and be willing to reflect on both your own and others' practice – in an open and trustful dialogue. It is important that you want professional development and will help to create learning pathways that are meaningful and developmental for the children.

We work with Friendliness and place great emphasis on this permeating our practice with both children, parents and each other as colleagues.

Who are you?

You are a trained educator and think that children are some of the smartest, funniest people you can be with. You have a modern view of childhood and know that children do well if they can, and that it is you as a professional who must change something if everyday life slides and the community does not function.

Perhaps you have something very special you are passionate about? Outdoor life, music, language, motor skills or drama? Let us hear what you have to offer.

We are looking for an educator who would like to be a practicum supervisor for our student teachers. Maybe you have experience with this and already have the practicum supervisor qualification.

Expected salary range will be indicated at the first interview. The final salary is set based on your qualifications and previous work experience and after concrete negotiation with the professional organization.
