As part of our new organization, we are creating new teams in the kindergartens – here you can help shape the structure and pedagogy. We are looking for a pedagogue for our kindergarten with start date 01.01.27 or as soon as possible.

We are focused on pedagogy, and aim to create frameworks for the children where everyday life is characterized by fun, play, belonging, well-being, learning and development. Dagtilbud Sønderbro is an institution in development and in change – it provides space for exactly your ideas and input.

Pedagogical core professional skills

• You are smiling. You exude that you want to be with children, and you are someone the children want to be with
• You establish and support differentiated play and learning environments in accordance with pedagogical curricula throughout the day and in all daily routines
• You are proactive and take responsibility for the relationship with the children and their parents - you act professionally
• You follow the children’s interests and motivations, work exploratively and support the children’s perspective

Reflection, feedback and sparring

• You are curious and have an inquisitive approach
• You give and receive feedback and sparring to both your colleagues and the leader
• You reflect on and are aware of your professional role, your professional judgment and your professional responsibility in relation to the core task

Communication and language

• You communicate well both orally, in writing and digitally
• You are welcoming in dialogue, communication and interactions with children, parents and colleagues.
• You communicate focused and respectfully with a clear intention regarding the child’s well-being, development and learning

Other

• Are flexible and adaptable, also concerning working hours and workplace
• Are willing to work in a large day care with up to 230 children and many colleagues, as well as a management team. We share a building with a school housing 0th – 6th grade.
