About Skovagerskolen

Skovagerskolen is Vejle Municipality's special school for students with profound mental and physical functional impairments as well as general learning difficulties. With about 105 pupils and 80 dedicated staff, we work closely cross-professionally in self-managing teams consisting of teachers, educators, assistants and SSA. In addition we have support from psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists.

Our pedagogical approach is based on Low Arousal, where we create a safe and developmental environment that provides space for learning, mastery and increased independence for our students. In addition we focus on strengthening the play-based approach to learning and are engaged in development within the practical/musical.

Employment terms

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement for educators at day-care institutions, after-school programs, clubs, etc. between KL and BUPL, as well as rules on local pay formation. It should be noted that final placement, including the collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on your education, experience and qualifications and the specific offered position.

The position is 30-37 hours per week. Work is in annualized hours. Start date 1 December 2026.
