Educators for an adventurous everyday life at Eventyrhuset

Eventyrhuset opened the doors to a newly built kindergarten in August 2026. We are now seeking new colleagues who want to become part of our magical everyday life.

Eventyrhuset consists of 3 kindergarten groups and 3 infant/toddler groups. In the kindergarten, the rooms are age-integrated. In the infant section we currently have 2 receiving rooms and 1 room for the oldest infants.

The staff in Eventyrhuset are assembled in the rooms based on competencies so they can complement each other as best as possible in daily life.

In Eventyrhuset we are very focused on working with participation opportunities for everyone. This means, among other things, that we continuously adjust our practices so that all children have the opportunity to be part of the community in their own way, with their own unique personalities and different needs. We are therefore now looking for pedagogues who are particularly good at seeing the individual child's needs and who can support the children in bringing their resources into play in the child community.

We are also focused on creating a close and trusting relationship with the parents, where there must always be room for open and honest communication, and where we are curious about the parents' perspective and daily life.

We are a children's house with a good working environment, and we regularly have dialogues about how we can create a common thread between the infant department and the kindergarten, and how we through open, honest and respectful communication can ensure good cooperation between the infant department and the kindergarten.

We also have a close collaboration with, among others, resource pedagogues, psychologist, speech-hearing consultant, multilingual advisor, Family Department, physiotherapist and occupational therapist, etc.

As we have a strong focus on early intervention, it is important for us to act with the right measures as early as possible when we notice that a child needs this.

We would very much like to hear from you if you can see yourself in the above and furthermore

• are passionate about helping to create and develop the best possible pedagogical framework for our children in close collaboration with the rest of the staff
• have solid pedagogical knowledge and are able to translate knowledge into practice
• have a good overview and can adapt when daily life calls for it
• have strong communication skills both oral and written
• have a positive outlook on life and people and see the uniqueness in each child and their family.

Positions are with start date 1 December 2026.

However, we are happy to wait a little longer for the right colleagues if necessary. Salary and employment conditions according to collective agreement and the principles of New Salary.

About Gladsaxe Municipality as an employer

As a newly employed pedagogue in Gladsaxe Municipality you will follow our introduction program. It helps you get started well so you can quickly thrive in your new job. We also offer ongoing coaching and internal courses to support your work. We are a workplace that prioritizes flexibility and a good balance between work and private life, among other things by offering a possibility for a 4-day work week.

As a pedagogue in our kindergartens you will receive a permanent Gladsaxe allowance as well as an seniority allowance after 2 years of uninterrupted employment.

The position is 37 hours per week. If a full-time position is not right for you, we are happy to discuss another number of hours.

Please note that only applicants with a teaching degree will be considered for the position.

We expect to hold interviews on an ongoing basis. The final interviews will be held on 29 October between 11-15.
