Educators for Børnehuset Firkløveret - We are opening the doors again, would you like to help create a good childhood?

In October we will reopen the doors to several rooms at Børnehuset Firkløveret, and therefore we are looking for engaged pedagogues, both those who are newly graduated and those with experience in the field.

With us you will become part of an established house with experienced colleagues, good traditions, and a strong professional community. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to put your own mark on the classroom that opens again and help create good conditions for the children.

Play is our starting point

We view play as a fundamental part of children's well-being, development, and learning. Play is not something to be squeezed in between the day’s activities; it is the children's way of being in the world. Therefore, we are with the children in the play. We follow their initiatives, are curious about their perspectives, and create safe communities where all children feel they belong and can participate.

We continuously develop our pedagogical practice and create learning environments where children can express themselves, be curious, and develop together with others.

Your professional development is important to us

In Allerød Municipality we invest in our employees because professional development strengthens both job satisfaction and the quality for the children.

As a new colleague you will be offered a competence development program with pedagogical consultant and author Tea Thyrre Sørensen. Through three training modules you will gain new knowledge and concrete tools for working with, among other things, children’s well-being, relationships, play, and development. The program will be carried out together with colleagues from across the municipality and will be concluded with a diploma. In addition, you have the opportunity to develop within guidance and professional sparring, including through a mentoring education.

You do not have to apply alone. Perhaps you already have a good colleague you enjoy working with? Or are there several of you who would like to become part of the same work community? You are very welcome to apply together, as two or more pedagogues or as a pair consisting of a pedagogue and a teaching assistant. Of course, this is not a prerequisite. Børnehuset Firkløveret consists of five houses with nursery, early years, and kindergarten.

Opening hours: 7.00 – 17.00.
