Krogårdens Børnehus is looking for pedagogues - 37 hours or possibly, by arrangement.

About us

Krogårdens Børnehus is located in Smidstrup, a small town south of Vejle. We are an important part of the local community as well as for the local school, with whom we have a valuable and constructive collaboration.

We are an integrated institution with children aged 0-6 years. It is important that one is professionally dedicated to the entire age group, but we are of course aware that one may experience one\'s professional competencies best utilized either in the baby room or in the kindergarten. We are primarily seeking for the kindergarten.

About you

We want pedagogues who are smiley and welcoming and can accommodate all children, parents and families as well as others who come to the institution. We expect pedagogues who are professionally aware and that professionalism is evident in the interaction with the children, both in caregiving tasks and activities. One must be active in the interaction with the children and be a clear adult who can guide and advise and support the children\'s needs, well-being and development.

We want colleagues who are robust themselves, reliable and flexible and can work within opening hours 6.30 - 16.45, Friday until 16.00. We look forward to new colleagues, where we together can develop the pedagogical framework with a focus on the best everyday life for the children.

Terms of employment

Start 1 December 2026 or by agreement.

Information on starting salary

Employment is according to the agreement for pedagogues at day nurseries, after-school programs, clubs etc., §§4-9. The expected starting salary for full-time and excluding pension is 32,511 DKK / falls in the range of 32,511 DKK to 39,909 DKK depending on seniority. It should be noted that final placement, including the collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on your education and qualifications and the specific offered position.

We obtain child certificates and public criminal record with consent.
