Marjatta seeks qualified pedagogues for Svanen at the Sampovig Adult Center in Stevns

Sampovig is one of Marjatta’s four adult centers, where we work socially pedagogically based on Rudolf Steiner's life view as well as Marjatta’s jointly developed value, goals and action framework.

Svanen is a residential facility in rapid development with increasing resources, and therefore we have the opportunity to hire 1-2 educated pedagogues who can help shape the future.

In Svanen, daily life is simplified through rhythmic repetitions so that residents can be competent in their own lives. We are a § 108 offering for 12 people with special needs aged 22 to 64 years. They are together and apart depending on the moment and their individual resources. By supporting the individual, the path to development and active participation in the community opens.

Your task will be to walk beside the residents and offer your hand in their daily and yearly rhythm through a friendly interpersonal atmosphere as well as clear and safe relationships. You will be part of the house’s rhythm with personal care, practical tasks, cooking and accompanying to medical appointments, cultural events within and outside Marjatta’s community.

• Can express yourself in writing, and accustomed to documenting the professional effort
• Have a driving license and IT skills

The job entails

• Rotating working hours; day, evening and night as well as every other weekend in a fixed cycle and public holidays
• A structured and rhythmic daily life with humor, care and practical tasks
• Medication handling
• Pedagogical and health-related documentation, journal keeping and preferably status writing.
• Administrative tasks

Salary and employment: The positions are 37 hours. Employment and salary placement are made according to the regional agreement for social pedagogical staff and Marjatta’s locally agreed pre-agreements.

Starting salary for employees under the agreement: Marjatta is under a management agreement with Region Zealand and is obliged to inform you of the starting salary for the position. You will be informed of base pay, centrally fixed allowances and pension under the relevant agreement. In addition to the starting salary, the pay may include any negotiated allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications.
