Egebjerg School is looking for a pedagogue with special education ambitions

We need an educator who will step into the school's work with intermediate forms. Here there is a need for specialized pedagogical knowledge, systematicity and relationship skills. We have skilled people employed, so there is thorough on-the-job training.

About Egebjergskolen

In Horsens Municipality, all schools work from the strategy Shared Learning – Stronger Results. This means that we focus on students' learning, well-being and personal mastery through working with meaningful goals and feedback processes (including the many paths to the goal), professional learning communities (PLF) and leadership of learning at all levels.

Egebjergskolen is physically located in Horsens N, close to the motorway exit. The Egebjerg area is a strongly growing local community, close to both the town and beautiful natural areas with many opportunities for exploration and experience, which also translates into the teaching context. The school has three tracks and about 700 wonderful students across grades 0-9. There are attached SFO1 and SFO2.

The local area is an active and positive partner for the school, and there is an exceptionally good collaboration between the school and local stakeholders such as the church, private corporations, associations. Likewise, there is a positive school-home cooperation.

The school is organized into three divisions: an early years division/SFO, a middle division, and a upper school division. One participates in a collegial collaboration forum where one works together on students' learning and well-being, curriculum planning and pedagogical reflection and practice development.

The position is permanent at 35 hours and you should expect working hours between 6.30 and 17.00
