Egebjerg SFO seeks a pedagogue

Are you a pedagogue with music or nature in your heart – or a ball of energy in your legs?

Become part of Egebjerg SFO and SFO 2 – here we create everyday joy together

Are you passionate about creating good and safe surroundings for children's well-being, community and development — and do you want to be part of a strong and engaged work community in a small, safe environment? Then perhaps you are the one we are looking for!

About us Egebjerg SFO is a wonderful place, located in the middle of the scenic Egebjerg, surrounded by green areas, which we diligently use in the pedagogical work. Here you will meet happy children, engaged parents, an active department council and a strong work community where well-being, cooperation and presence are highly valued.

About the position We are seeking a trained pedagogue for 18 hours with start on 1/11/2026. You will become part of a team that works closely together to create a daily life filled with play, learning and togetherness for our children.

We would like you to have

• Have a music, nature or sports profile – and a desire to actively use your skills in working with the children.
• Be engaged, proactive and thrive in an environment with a high degree of autonomy.
• Meet all children in an appreciative and calm manner
• Focus on relationships, well-being and children's participation opportunities.
• Contribute positively to collaboration with colleagues and parents

We offer

• A scenic and safe environment with happy children and engaged parents
• A high degree of influence and autonomy in your work
• A workplace with room to grow and an informal, relaxed atmosphere
• Good, engaged colleagues
• Proper working conditions – of course! We have local agreements for both pedagogues and teachers
• A management that trusts that everyone makes an effort and does their best.

We are Denmark's first Geopark School and SFO. For our children, that means that the nature and surroundings they live in are incorporated into their everyday life at school and in the after-school program.

They should, through their SFO and school time, gain knowledge of and an understanding of the local awareness of the landscape, art, cultural history and the local produce that Odsherred is so richly represented by. We work with the profile locally and across the school community. It is our aim to make the children familiar with and proud of the part of the country where they live, thereby strengthening them in choosing an education, awareness of belonging, and shared responsibility for the world we live in.

We believe that through this we can support all children regardless of social background, academic and personal prerequisites, and in that way your role will also be to think of activities and initiatives rooted in the profile in close cooperation with your colleagues.

Salary and terms of employment Will be in accordance with the current agreement with BUPL.

Please note that a child and criminal record check will be obtained upon employment as well as references.

For further information about the positions, you are very welcome to contact Department Manager Stine Heskiassen at 21316713 or [email protected]

The position is 18 hours per week with employment starting 1/11-26 or as soon as possible.

We look forward to hearing from you!
