Egevej Residential Home is seeking on-call substitutes

We are looking for extra on-call substitutes with positivity, overview and humor, who will be part of the team at Bostedet Egevej.

About the job and the tasks

Bostedet Egevej is a 24/7 facility, where you will be offered shifts at all times of the day. Day shifts in the period 7:00 – 23:00 and night shifts in the period 23:00 – 7:00

At Bostedet Egevej there are currently 16 residents, with an age range of 24 - 50 years.

Bostedet Egevej is in the midst of an exciting transformation process, where we are shifting from a group home to a stairwell-like residential facility. From Bofællesskabet Egevej, which is operated according to rules for long-term residential care, to Bostedet Egevej, where residents receive §85 support in their own homes but still have access to common areas, where there is 24/7 staff support.

The target group for the future residential facility is residents aged 18 years and older, with varying degrees of disability, including:

• Milder functional impairments.
• Milder functional impairments with autism spectrum disorders.
• Milder functional impairments with attachment disorders and anxiety issues that can be explained by neglect in childhood.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with ordinary daily tasks, including shopping, laundry and light cleaning.
• Support a structured daily routine, with focus on routines and predictability, while leaving room for spontaneity and fun.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive environment, where everyone’s differences are valued and respected.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and employment according to the applicable collective agreement, with the possibility to negotiate qualification and function-based pay.
