We are looking for an electrician for larger commercial constructions in Copenhagen.

You land in an electrical team of about 10 employees, where the work is on larger construction sites. It’s about commercial work, not private small tasks, and the jobs are mostly new build. The sites are typically around Copenhagen, and many report directly to the construction site instead of going by the office.

The role suits you if you can keep the pace without slacking. Here, work is done on piece rate, so people know what needs to be done, and the agreements must hold in both directions. The foreman is not on site every day, so everyday life is built on trust, respect, and you speak up if something doesn't add up.

What you get Salary: 195-235 DKK per hour

Everyday: Commercial new build, piecework and crew

Your daily life You report to the site and get hold of the day's sequence/order together with the people around you. The work is built around piecework, so there must be control of tempo, agreements and what you deliver. When something changes on site, you deal with it immediately so the next trade can come in.

You will, among other things, work with

• Work in industrial and commercial sectors
• Carry out electrical installations on larger new builds
• Handle renovation tasks on commercial buildings
• Pull cables and wires
• Install lighting and fittings

The motto here is simple: If an agreement is made, you keep it. It applies to pay, terms, attendance and the way you treat each other day to day.

We are looking for you who can tick most boxes You don't have to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 5 years of experience as an electrician
• Can maintain the pace on piecework
• Have prior experience with construction site work
• Work properly in a crew
• Arrive reliably and keep agreements

It is an advantage if you have experience with new builds or commercial tasks. But the most important is that you can take the initiative and keep up on a site where something is being built.
