Amfitech is seeking an electronics-trained technician for testing and development support

We are looking for a new talent for the team who is as passionate about electronics as we are!

About us

Amfitech is a small development company that has existed for over 25 years. We are today 15 dedicated employees, and we are now seeking an electronics-trained technician to join the team.

We work as consulting engineers in electronics development, with our specialty being hardware and embedded software development. We have also developed our own product, AMFITRACK™, which is an electromagnetic tracking system with strong global demand, which is why we now need more resources in the team.

Our customers range from the newly started sole proprietorships that want help with the first prototype, to large international players in the market who want sparring and new thinking in product development. At times we operate at the edge of what is possible and what has been done before.

About the position

In your daily work as a technician at Amfitech you will work both in breadth and in depth with electronics, and your tasks will to some extent be based on your interests within the field.

You will be attached to our prototype workshop, where we produce prototypes, assemble, test, fault-find, calibrate and repair products, and furthermore to our development team which designs PCBs and writes code. You will have a support role to the development team in connection with building, adapting, testing, calibrating and documenting solutions.

You enjoy contributing with your support role to the continued development of the company, and you can see yourself contributing with development assistance and possibly also customer support. If you are interested in it you can also be trained to produce electronics on modern production equipment.

Additionally you will be attached to our AMFITRACK production team which on a daily basis ensures that products of the right quality are delivered to our customers on time.

· That you are electronics educated - e.g. trained as an electronics technician or electronics technologist (electronics technician)

· That you are conscientious and reliable, and that you can work structured, stable, and independent

· That you are solution-oriented, engaged, and that you take responsibility for your own learning by showing initiative and drive

· That you contribute to our good culture with collaborative spirit and good humor
