Electrician for property management (CTS, ABA and electrical service)

Are you a sharp troubleshooter who thrives with building automation and technical systems? Then you can become a central part of the Energy Team, where you ensure stable operation and find energy-efficient solutions in the municipality's buildings.

Your tasks

• CTS and building automation: Monitoring, optimization and troubleshooting on CTS/BMS systems for a good indoor climate and low energy consumption.
• ABA systems: Operation, testing and handling of automatic fire alarm systems.
• Troubleshooting and service: Troubleshooting electrical installations and technical systems as well as remedying faults.
• Operation and maintenance: Ongoing maintenance and repair – as well as sparring with colleagues about technical challenges.
• Optimization: Proposals for improvements – both in terms of energy efficiency and in securing the buildings (e.g., pump and water alarms).
• OBS - we DO NOT perform authorized work.

Your profile

• You are trained as an electrician and want to work with building operation.
• You have experience with – or motivation to learn – CTS systems and fire-technical installations ( ABA ).
• You troubleshoot confidently and keep an overview when the technology misbehaves.
• You work independently and in a structured manner and take responsibility for your tasks.
• You are digitally proficient and document your tasks in our systems.
• You have a driving license (B)

Practical info

• Employment: According to the applicable collective agreement, 37 hours per week.
• Start: December 1, 2026 or by agreement.
• Application deadline: October 25, 2026.
• Interviews: Held in week 44.
