On behalf of Prowelding, JA Connect is seeking an operator for the company's sheet/plate department. Prowelding is growing and has an increasing order intake, and therefore we are looking for a new colleague who will help ensure high quality, efficient processes and good production results.

You don’t need to be an expert in laser cutting from day one. The most important thing is that you want to learn, take responsibility for your work and thrive in a practical everyday life where quality and collaboration are in focus.

Your duties

You will become part of the sheet/plate department, where after thorough training you will work with among other things:

Operation of the company’s laser cutter.

Inspection of cuts and quality assurance of parts.

• Preparation of materials and handling of traceability.
• Inventory management of sheets and other materials.
• Collaboration with welders, bending machine operators and colleagues in production.
• Optimization of workflows and contributing ideas for improvements.
• You will have a practical and versatile daily life, where you follow your tasks from start to finish and have the opportunity to see the result of your work.

Who are you?

We imagine that you have experience from the metal industry or a natural interest in technology, machines and production. The most important is your attitude and willingness to learn.

We emphasize that you

Have technical understanding and interest in machines and production.

Preferably have experience with programming – but it is not a requirement.

• Work in a structured way and have an eye for detail.
• Are stable, responsible and quality-conscious.
• Thrive with physical work and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
• Are a good team player who contributes positively to the community.
• Master Danish in both written and spoken form.

If you are curious about the field and ready for new challenges, Prowelding will provide thorough training. If you already have experience with laser cutting, that is of course a plus.

In the sheet/plate department you work with large pieces and heavy materials. Therefore it is important that you have the physical strength and thrive with an active workday.

Working hours

Monday to Thursday 07:00–15:45.

Friday 07:00–12:30.
