Your professional background

We imagine that you are trained as a Social and Health Assistant or Social and Health Helper and want to work with people, where each day offers new relationships, conversations and tasks. You have empathy, patience and commitment, and you understand the value of close collaboration with both residents, relatives and colleagues. You are familiar with care tasks and medication management and can navigate the documentation system Nexus or are motivated to learn it. You like taking responsibility and always keep the resident’s quality of life at the center.

Your role in the day shift

As part of the day shift team at Plejecenter Møllehjemmet you have ample opportunity to make a difference in the residents' daily life. You perform care tasks and medication management with care, and you have a special eye for strengthening residents' quality of life in collaboration with themselves and their relatives. We place emphasis on the day shift being characterized by presence, calm, and time to create the good moments. You will become an important part of the collaboration, where open dialogue and team spirit are part of the culture, and where documentation in Nexus is a natural part of the working day.
