Energetic Customer Supporter Wanted for Textilia Group A/S in Herning

Textilia Group A/S in Herning is seeking an energetic and committed customer support representative who will help provide our customers with a sublime service experience over the phone and by email.

About the position

Your primary tasks will be to provide a professional and welcoming customer service experience over the phone, by email and on Textilia’s customer intranet, while also contributing to ensuring that the internal processes support this.

The workday will also include a number of administrative tasks, which you will solve in close collaboration with your colleagues from production, distribution and the sales department. The work week is 37 hours, all of which take place on site.

Specifically, your day-to-day will consist of the following tasks

• Telephone servicing of our customers – orders, changes, inquiries, etc.
• Advising customers about our products, services and solutions
• Follow-up on various customer cases – ensuring implementation and internal follow-up
• Processing and invoicing of orders – assist with month-end closing
• System creation and maintenance of customer records
• Updating and maintaining the CRM system
• Handling various administrative tasks

• Being experienced in using IT as a working tool, including the MS Office suite
• Speaks and understands Danish – proficiency in everyday spoken English would be an advantage
