Are you a qualified pedagogue and passionate about creating safe, developing and inclusive learning environments for children? Then it might be you we are looking for at Børnegården Kildebakken.

Børnegården Kildebakken is an integrated day-care institution in Svenstrup near Korsør. We are seeking an engaged and professionally well-founded pedagogue for one of our kindergarten groups.

The position is 37 hours per week with start no later than December 1, 2026.

About the position

We are looking for a pedagogue who meets children, parents and colleagues with presence, engagement and recognition. You are passionate about working with children aged 0-6 and can create safe communities where care, play, learning and development go hand in hand.

We are looking for a pedagogue who

• has strong professional expertise and views everyday life from the children's perspective
• prioritizes presence, care and relationships highly
• can work in both nursery and kindergarten as needed
• is proactive and can plan, implement and evaluate pedagogical activities and projects
• has an appreciative approach to children, parents and colleagues
• is curious about own practice and motivated for professional development
• sees possibilities rather than limitations
• can work within the institution's opening hours between 5:45 and 17:15

About Kildebakken

Kildebakken is located in Svenstrup, about 4 km from Korsør, close to nature and water. We have space for around 75 children aged 0-6 years, distributed as about 50 kindergarten children and 25 nursery children.

We have a large and inspiring playground and actively use nature in our pedagogical work. At the same time we consciously work to create a coherent thread in the children's everyday life, so the transition between nursery and kindergarten is experienced as safe and cohesive.
