What we hope you bring to the table

• You can meet the children at eye level, listen and create safe frames – also when the day takes a different direction.
• Whether you are the type who starts a wild chase game, delves into a creative workshop project or helps resolve a small conflict on the playground, you take hold with a smile.
• As this is an on-call position, the calls can come on short notice (often in the morning or early afternoon), and you are ready to jump in when we are short on hands.
• You quickly catch the ball in collaboration with the permanent staff and are ready to lend a hand where it is needed.
