Engparken is looking for a day shift – Are you a social and health care assistant or a social and health care aide?

We are currently seeking you for a position of 32-37 hours per week as of 1.12.26 or as soon as possible. If you wish to work day shifts, you can choose to work every third weekend with an extra weekend shift, over a 12-week period, or weekend work every other week, depending on your preference. If you have a completely different combination, let us look at it together.

Engparken is a care center located in Brande, housing 47 residential care apartments. Engparken was built in 1998 and has bright and friendly dwellings, which are well equipped with ceiling lifts. We focus on the good everyday life, where we create safe surroundings tailored to each resident. There is a very active Day Centre and many volunteers at Engparken.

We work according to Tom Kitwood's theory of person-centred care, where the focus is on the good everyday life. We create safe surroundings tailored to the individual resident, and work from a rehabilitative mindset, so the residents can remain active.

You will join a team with a group of residents, where you will be the contact person. You will work closely with other Social and Health Assistants and Social and Health Helpers, nurses, and an occupational therapist. The relatives are also close partners in collaboration.

As our Social and Health Assistant/Helper, you have

• A presence and compassionate approach to care
• Education as a social and health assistant or social and health helper
• Willingness to work independently and a focus on your professional competences
• Ability to work goal-oriented and structured with the tasks
• Knowledge of and experience with documentation in the care system Cura is an advantage.
• A stable attendance
• Willingness to navigate a changing daily life with changes
• Can take courage and can train students and new colleagues.
