KB Nuuk is seeking 1 Construction Project Manager and 1 Construction Foreman

At KB Nuuk we are strengthening our organization and are seeking a Construction Project Manager and a Construction Foreman for our building and renovation projects in Nuuk.

Do you have a crafts background, a relevant education such as a building constructor or extensive experience in the construction industry? And are you eager to develop yourself in leadership, planning and coordination? Then we would like to hear from you.

You may already have experience with construction management or be ready to take the next step. We value your professionalism, your commitment and your willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for planning and following up on construction tasks in close collaboration with colleagues and partners. Your tasks include, among others:

• Planning of staffing, materials, schedules and progress.
• Coordinating with tradespeople, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitoring project finances, extra work and on-account payments.
• Dialogue with clients and consultants.
• Quality assurance and preparation of handovers.

Construction Foreman

As a Construction Foreman you are close to the trades and the daily execution. Your tasks include, among others:

• Leading and distributing tasks on the construction site.
• Coordinating materials, tools and equipment.
• Monitoring quality, progress and safety.
• Collaborating with the Construction Project Manager on planning and practical solutions.

Your background and approach

You have an understanding of construction and good craftsmanship. You are responsible, can collaborate with different people and are eager to learn more about leadership and management of construction tasks.

You do not need many years of leadership experience. Tasks and responsibilities are adapted to your competencies, and you will receive guidance and support to develop in the role.
