Who are you? We are looking for a nurse who can help ensure good quality in the nursing care work together with the rest of the care staff. The work will take place in close contact with residents and relatives and you are able to communicate in an appreciative way with residents, relatives and colleagues even when there is a lot to do.

Your tasks will include

• To have a clinically leading role
• To ensure competence development of the rest of the care staff, including teaching and buddy training
• To be a role model, help, guide and teach, and to contribute to creating a good culture where the individual person is always in focus.
• To support a rehabilitative approach and perform nursing tasks and work with UTHs
• To create continuity and coherence and to coordinate in relation to care and treatment of the individual resident

About the position The position is for 32-37 hours , day shifts with work every 4th weekend .

Salary and employment are according to applicable collective agreement.

We have health insurance, which among other things offers physiotherapist, chiropractor etc.

Start: 1.12. 2026 or by agreement.

About us Grønttorvet's Friplejehjem contains 66 apartments and is part of Danish Diakonhjem. This means that the Christian view of humanity is the foundation of our approach to running a retirement home.

We are centrally located, at Værkstedsvej 5-7 in Valby, near bus and train station.

With us we see the individual resident, and we work to create an eventful everyday life based on the resident's individual needs and wishes. Our goal is that all residents feel they have a good everyday life.

We cherish the companionship that inevitably arises during meals. We have our own kitchen where the food is prepared from scratch and there is the possibility that we all eat together during meals.
