Salary and terms of employment

The salary is set on the basis of the applicable collective agreement and a concrete assessment of your education, your documented work experience and your professional and personal qualifications. Viborg Municipality uses objective and gender-neutral criteria for salary setting in accordance with the rules on equal pay for the same work or work of equal value.
