Are you strong in data, and would you like to dive professionally, work with new technologies in data and AI, and learn from teaching as a course instructor?

We are looking for a technically strong and curious data person with a solid professional foundation and a desire to continuously expand it. In particular Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and Python are central technologies in the role, complemented by Power BI and SQL as important parts of the toolbox. The data field is developing rapidly in step with AI, and you will have the opportunity to work with technologies and solutions at the intersection of data, analytics and AI.

Teaching experience is not a requirement. It is, however, important that you have a desire to convey, explain and make complex technical topics understandable and usable for others.

About SuperUsers A/S

SuperUsers is a privately owned IT course and consulting company, founded in 1984. We are about 30 colleagues who are passionate about courses, learning and competence development within, among other things, data, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, software development and infrastructure. We are, among other things, an official Microsoft Training Services Partner and collaborate with a number of the industry's leading technology providers.

You will become part of our team of consultants and instructors, perhaps Denmark's best when it comes to high-level technical instruction. What unites us is that we care about our craft, follow developments closely and gladly share our knowledge with both course participants and each other.

We have departments in both Hillerød and near Aarhus. By Aarhus you will spend your days at Kampehøjgaard, a cozy rural property, where we welcome course participants for courses in rural surroundings every day. Here you will become part of a professional and social environment with 8 other colleagues.

About the position as instructor

Your primary task will be to teach and conduct technical courses for IT and data professionals. You will work with and teach within our data areas and will have ample opportunity to continuously expand with new technologies and disciplines. We place great emphasis on closely following developments, and you will therefore have both time and opportunity for professional deepening, self-study, courses and sparring with our other instructors.

In the long term approximately half of your time will be teaching. The remaining time will, among other things, be spent on preparation, development of courses and labs, updating teaching materials, professional development as well as consultant- and client tasks depending on current needs.

Your central tasks will include

• Teach within especially Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and Python, as well as Power BI, SQL and related data areas.
• Convey data engineering, analytics and modern data platforms in a down-to-earth and practical way.
• Develop and update courses, exercises and teaching materials, as well as spar with our other instructors and consultants.
• Keep yourself professionally updated and participate in assessing which new technologies we should work with, including developments within AI and the interplay between AI, data engineering and modern data platforms.
• Solve individual consultant tasks when they arise within your subject areas.
• Occasionally teach or participate in activities at our other locations, typically every 1-2 months.

Your profile

We would like you to have practical experience and knowledge within the data field, preferably with one or more of the topics you will teach. You do not need to know it all from day one, but you must have the technical understanding and curiosity to quickly get into new areas.

We imagine that you

• Have an interest in data engineering, data modeling, analytics and modern data platforms.
• Want to convey and teach, even if you have not previously taught.
• Are good at expressing yourself verbally and in writing, preferably in both Danish and English.
• Can work both independently and in smaller teams.
• Are curious, structured and take responsibility for your own areas of expertise.
