Your professional expertise must be felt

As a nurse you will have a central role in clinical leadership. You must be visible and present and help ensure that the nursing professional efforts around the residents are academically sound.

You will among other things

• actively use your clinical leadership in everyday life
• ensure that the day/night rhythm plans are updated and reflect the residents’ current needs
• identify and follow up on nursing professional issues
• coordinate and ensure that the right competencies and resources are put into play
• provide professional sparring and guidance to colleagues
• contribute to developing and lifting the professional quality across the entire staff group
• be curious about our practice and dare to ask: "Can we do this even better?"

You don’t need to be able to do everything

Maybe you have experience from the elderly care sector or the primary sector. Maybe you come from the hospital. Maybe you are a new graduate.

The most important for us is that you want to use your professional skills, learn new things and be part of the community.

It is an advantage if you know KMD Nexus and have experience from the primary sector, but this is not a requirement.

We provide a good introduction and give you time to get to know the house, the residents and your new colleagues.

The position is to be filled from December 1 or as soon as possible
