Do you have a value set that includes respect, propriety and responsibility? Then at Lysbro Care Centre we have a new position as a qualified nurse primarily in day shifts, with some evening shifts.

The positions include weekend duty 5 out of 12. Positions are from 1 December or as soon as possible. At Lysbro Care Centre we have a further 2 nurses employed.

Lysbro Care Centre is located in Silkeborg with 46 residential care units, close to nature. We want professionally competent and engaged staff who work with the core task in focus. We work from person-centred care, where ethics, respect and dignity in the work are valued in meeting our residents. Our focus is that the residents experience a meaningful life, based on the wishes and needs each individual has for life.

At Lysbro we work to ensure a good working environment, where we use each other as sparring partners and place high value on it being pleasant to come to work. We focus on an open-dialogue culture and we use humour in daily life. Collaboration with relatives is valued highly and we work with contact teams in the groups.

We have a Friends Association attached that holds evening events each month, as well as volunteers for flower arranging, communal singing, walks, and we also make use of a bicycle pilot. We also collaborate with SFO children, bingo, parties and other activities in collaboration with the staff.
