We offer a varied job, within many facets of logistics and service, where there are many points of contact, where there is room to think big and you yourself largely help shape daily life and workflows. Your day-to-day will mainly revolve around the joint goods reception for Universitetsparken. You will among other things help receive and distribute goods to our many happy users.

About Campus Administration Buildings North

We are part of the University Administration at the University of Copenhagen. We provide Facility Management and technical operation of offices and laboratories as well as service tasks. Our core task is to ensure healthy and functional premises for research and teaching with a professional approach. We are informal, but at the same time ambitious.

Qualifications and professional profile (preferably within several of these areas)

• Logistics education or experience.
• Experience from retail or similar service trades.
• Driver's license for passenger cars.
• Knowledge of waste management.
• Microsoft Office at user level.
• Danish and English in writing and speech.

You as a person

• It is expected that you naturally provide a high level of service and thus are a good representative for Buildings North.
• You are not afraid to take independent initiative.
• You are responsible and have a good overview.
• You have good physical condition.
• You are flexible.
• You have a good mood.

Salary and terms of employment

The weekly working hours are 37 hours including lunch break. Employment is according to the rules of the Unified Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees Organizations – The Public Sector (OAO-S unified collective agreement) and under the organizational agreement for 3F, Warehouse and Trade Workers in the capital.

The position is to be filled as soon as possible.
