Are you our new educator for the kindergarten with a group arrangement?

Your new room

In the single-integrated group arrangement – Solhattestue, we have 16 children, of which three are assigned to the room. In the Solhat room there are therefore children who need a little extra support. We work from an inclusive view of children, where all children have the opportunity to participate. That means we adjust the day so that the different needs are met as best as possible. We have a strong focus on self-regulation and on building bridges into the communities.

In the room you will work together with two other pedagogues and an assistant.

• Sara, pedagogue, is a Marte Meo therapist and coordinator, and in addition she has many years of experience.
• Lotte, pedagogue, has, among other things, a module in educational psychology and many years of experience as a support pedagogue.
• Pernille, assistant, has three years of experience and is a natural talent in a daycare.

We are looking for a colleague who

• Can create structure, be present and work with clear guidance, self-regulation and relationships.
• Wants to work in small groups where play is fundamental.
• Is professionally curious and contributes to the pedagogical development and a good working environment.
• Can work closely with parents through everyday life and meetings.
• Would be happy to have a passion for a particular area that can inspire both children and colleagues
• Would like to be part of our journey towards Marte Meo certification with start in 2026.
