Experienced bookkeeper wanted for temporary position in Aarhus

On behalf of one of our clients in Aarhus, FIRMAVIKAR is seeking an experienced and independent bookkeeper for a full-time temporary position.

This is a temporary position expected to last 1–2 months while the company searches for the right permanent employee. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity for permanent employment afterwards.

About the job

You will become part of the company's daily financial function and must quickly familiarize yourself with the existing workflows and tasks.

We are therefore looking for a bookkeeper who works in a structured, independent and stable manner, and who can take on the task with short onboarding.

Your tasks may include

• Daily bookkeeping
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
• Reconciliations
• Invoicing
• Handling of vouchers/receipts
• General administrative tasks in the finance department

We expect that you

• Have experience with bookkeeping and accounting tasks
• Can work independently and in a structured manner
• Are thorough and have an eye for detail
• Are reliable and responsible
• Can start with relatively short notice

Work location: Aarhus

Extent: Full-time

Period: About 1–2 months
