A central role with great responsibility

We are looking for you who can ensure professional management of our suppliers, contracts and service deliveries, while you yourself participate in the many practical tasks that arise in a living house with 75 employees and many guests.

In total you will have facility responsibility for a building mass of 5,230 m2 distributed over two buildings, which include the original headquarters for the VELUX/VKR group. The technical building operations are handled by our partner Caverion, with whom you will need to have close collaboration.

You should therefore be comfortable with supplier meetings as well as hanging art, performing minor maintenance tasks or coordinating building maintenance projects.

You will become part of Team Service & Team Kitchen, and report to the Head of HR & Facility Maiken Lindahl.

Your main areas of responsibility are

• Drive and develop the facilities area
• Ensure strong supplier and contract management
• Follow up on finance, quality and service deliveries
• Carry out smaller construction, maintenance and interior projects
• Create a well-functioning workplace for employees and guests

Your profile

With experience in facility management, service management or property management you create structure, quality and good service experiences in operations. You have control of suppliers, contracts and service agreements and follow up on both finance, KPI's and deliveries. At the same time you manage to translate needs and expectations into concrete solutions through close collaboration with colleagues and external partners.

You are motivated by creating well-functioning frameworks and delivering high-quality service. You work in a structured way, take responsibility, and follow up on both operations and finances, and lead in the good collaboration. At the same time you are action-oriented, relationship-building and thrive in a role where you contribute at a strategic level and also roll up your sleeves when everyday life calls for practical solutions.
