Experienced kitchen staff for Paletten at Øresundsvej, 20 hours per week

Are you passionate about preparing inspiring and tasty food for children aged 0-6 together with our nutrition professional, so we are looking for a new employee for our kitchen in Paletten, who can work every day from 9:30 to 13:30.

Paletten is an integrated institution with about 80 children, where the children are distributed across five rooms. We work from a meal policy, where the focus is the pedagogy's importance for the meal. We produce food in our own kitchen every day of the week. Children should be offered meals for morning, for forenoon, lunch and afternoon, where it is the kitchen staff's responsibility to prepare nutritionally correct meals from scratch, as well as order the ingredients electronically.

In addition to you there will be a nutrition staff member for 30 hours in the kitchen, who collaborates with you to solve the tasks.

We expect from you that you

• can be in charge of the daily food production with 90% organic
• have a flair for creating inspiring meals
• have a good overview and are good at organizing your day in the kitchen
• can work structured and systematic, and also are good at practical tasks, as the job also includes washing up
• can organize yourself so there is control of tidying up and cleaning
• can collaborate with the pedagogical staff regarding pedagogy around the meal
• can involve the children in cooking and menu selection, together with the pedagogical staff

You must be able to maintain job satisfaction – even when we are busy. You must take co-responsibility for the good working environment as well as take ownership of your own learning and professionalism. You must be reliable, flexible, positive and think it's fun to go to work. You can express yourself both verbally and in writing in Danish. Salary and employment terms

The employment is in Cluster G in Paletten. The position is to be filled from 1 November 2026 or as soon as possible. We expect your daily working hours to lie between 9:30-13:30.

Salary and employment terms according to the applicable collective agreement and within the framework of local wage formation. We obtain child- and criminal records checks and take references in connection with employment.
