Experienced cook wanted

We at Restaurant Varna are looking for a new chef to start by agreement.

We are a multifunctional restaurant that works with many types of events.

We primarily host events of all kinds. We host many weddings, confirmations, corporate parties, Christmas lunches, brunch events and baptisms - all from 15 up to 300 guests.

We can have several events in the house at the same time - which is why we often have 3 events or more in a day.

We also have an a la carte restaurant which is open when we are not fully booked with events.

Here we work at a high level with a 5-course menu with the possibility to add more.

On Sundays we usually have luxury brunch with 100-160 guests, while we have other events.

The keyword in our work is a 5-star experience - 360 degrees.

We strive to give our guests a complete experience with all that it entails, while our staff have good working conditions, well-being and integrity in the workplace.

We are looking for a person who can meet the following requirements

• Danish-speaking experienced chef
• Experience with running events and a la carte
• Leadership experience and is good at teaching others
• A person who exudes high spirits and humor
• Is good at structuring - both from day to day, but also with an overview of the next week and month
• Someone with a creative approach to developing new menus
• A team player
