About the job

Would you like to put your experience into play and be part of a department in development, then come and join our team.

Our council has adopted an ambitious budget, which means we need to accelerate our renovation projects and the development of operation and maintenance plans. We are therefore seeking an experienced project manager to handle the many building and renovation tasks that the municipality will face in the coming years. The projects vary in size from 1 million DKK to 20 million DKK and concern, for example, window and roof replacements, mold renovations, renovation of staff facilities, and the preparation of operation and maintenance plans.

In the Road and Property Center we are just over 100 employees distributed in four departments. You will become part of a department with broadly composed competencies. The Building and Civil Engineering Department consists of 18 employees spread across two teams. One is Team Building and the other Team Civil Engineering, which work with among other things; mobility, traffic safety, road and path construction, development of building sites and public transport.

We are a department with both new and experienced employees, and our shared culture is under development. You will therefore have the opportunity to help shape and influence your future daily life.

You will become part of Team Building, which handles the municipality’s client function and project management for new construction, as well as larger and smaller renovation projects. The team consists of both experienced and newer colleagues, and you will have great opportunity to influence working procedures, professional development, and collaboration forms
