Experienced waiter wanted for Italian restaurant in Greve

We are looking for an experienced and professional waiter for a full-time or part-time position in our Italian restaurant in Greve.

We place great emphasis on good service, quality and knowledge of Italian gastronomy. Therefore we are seeking a person who already has experience from the restaurant industry and can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and professional service of guests
• Presentation of the menu and advice on dishes and drinks
• Taking orders and serving food and wine
• Guiding guests in choosing wine to accompany the meal
• Preparation of the restaurant before service
• Clearing, tidying and other tasks in the restaurant
• Ensuring a high level of service throughout the guest's visit

We expect that you

• Have documented experience as a waiter from a restaurant
• Have good knowledge of Italian cuisine and Italian ingredients
• Have knowledge of wine and can advise guests on wine and food
• Can work independently and maintain an overview during busy service
• Are professional, service-minded and approachable
• Are stable, responsible and punctual
• Can collaborate well with both the kitchen and other colleagues
• Are flexible and can work evenings and weekends
