You will become part of a team of six occupational therapists and five digitrainers.
As part of the implementation of comprehensive care, you will become part of a group with an important role in operations. The group must continue to solve current tasks and at the same time help develop the work with near-visitation and follow-up closely to the operation.
Your core tasks
You work person-centered and rehabilitative and contribute to translating the municipality's quality goals and service goals into concrete practice. This means, among other things, that you:

- perform execution analyses of daily activities and plan activity-based rehabilitation interventions
- work according to the principle of least intrusive assistance with a focus on self-reliance
- participate in near-visitation
- support that citizens can stay in their own homes as long as possible , among other things via welfare technology
- advise and spar with the home care and contribute to competence development in rehabilitation
- function as a dignity ambassador as well as facilitator at citizen conferences
- coordinate DigiRehab training programs
The interventions are planned based on the citizen's goals and can have both restorative, compensatory or educational character, e.g., in programs focusing on energy management.
