About the position

You will become part of a small support team of two colleagues, where you together support approx. 40 advisers within Corporate, Local Corporate and Private Banking.

It is a role where you quickly become an important part of everyday life, because you help ensure tasks are completed, appointments are followed up, and customers receive a good experience. There are fixed tasks, but no two days are exactly the same.

Your tasks

You will have a day-to-day where you, among other things, work with

· Creations and changes in systems

· Coordinating tasks and customer cases

· Customer contact – both by phone and in writing

And there is all the stuff in between that arises in a busy day, and that helps things run smoothly.

About you

You may have different entry points to the job – e.g. as client/service adviser or from an administrative/back-office role. The most important is not your title, but that you:

· Have experience with corporate clients and/or affluent private clients

· Have an eye for detail while maintaining an overview

· Thrive in a daily life with both fixed and ad hoc tasks, and be good at creating your own structure

· Take responsibility and get things done – even when something arises along the way

· Are helpful, easy to collaborate with and not afraid to take the initiative

· Communicate clearly and at eye level

Having experience with Private Banking is an advantage but not a requirement
