Business Advisor for Erhverv Vest

We are looking for an advisor for our commercial department in Holstebro.

Several companies in Holstebro and western Jutland choose Sparekassen Danmark as a partner. This is due, among other things, to our local presence, our competent advice and the relationships we build on trust and proximity.

We therefore need another commercial advisor who wants to become part of the growth journey we are on.

About the job

Your title will be Commercial Customer Manager, and you will play a central role in the development of our current and future commercial customers.

There will initially be a smaller portfolio to take over from the start. Your primary task will be to work with the existing client portfolio while also proactively seeking and attracting new business customers, focusing on identifying their needs and opportunities.

We expect you to work in a structured way and to engage in client meetings and relationship-building – both at the customer's initiative and on your own initiative.

We work with the whole client – both the company and the owner behind it. For us, good advice means asking about the entire business, not only the accounts, but also the owner's ambitions, family situation and future plans. That is where we find opportunities others overlook.

To ensure that we can provide qualified advice all the way around, there is also the possibility to draw on specialists in investment and pension advice, abroad, cash management and more. Your task is to spot the need and perform core advice within operations and financing.

To succeed in the role it is important for you to know

We imagine you have at least five years of experience in the financial sector, where you have worked with commercial customers at least part of the time.

You will probably recognize yourself in the following characteristics

• You thrive on taking initiative based on common sense
• You are motivated by being proactive in reaching out to new customers
• You navigate safely between complexity and a high tempo
• You are good at building relationships and connecting with others
• You are used to receiving good feedback on the customer experiences and businesses you create.

The competition for customers in Holstebro and western Jutland is high. To thrive in the job, it is therefore essential that you are used to acting quickly and can make fast decisions without compromising on quality.
