ERP Specialist

At Kredsløb, the ERP platform plays an increasingly central role in our ambition to unite and optimize business-critical processes across the organization. We have just taken the first big step by upgrading to IFS Cloud, and now the platform must be further developed and integrated with more central systems. Therefore we are seeking a strong ERP Specialist who will help translate the ambitions into solutions that create value in everyday life.

You will become part of the Data & Applications department, where you will have a central role in the interaction between systems, processes and people. Here you will get close to the whole organization and have the opportunity to influence how we work across the business.

You will be the link between the business and the ERP platform

Together with your colleagues in our small central ERP team, you will be responsible for developing the ERP platform so that it supports Kredsløb\'s business processes effectively and stably.

A typical week may include everything from dialogue with process owners and decision-makers about new needs to collaboration with our ERP vendor on the development of new functionality or support for users who need help or sparring.

You will, among other things, be working on

• Advise and support process owners, super-users and users in their daily work
• Drive ERP-related tasks and projects from idea to implementation
• Facilitate workshops and identify business needs together with process owners
• Contribute to the implementation of new features and modules
• Coordinate and follow up on deliveries from our external ERP partner
• Support change when new workflows and solutions need to be anchored in the organization

In other words, this is a role where you work with operations, development, consulting and change.

You do not need to know IFS Cloud

However, we hope that you have worked with ERP systems and understand the processes they support.

Maybe you come from a role as an ERP consultant, ERP specialist or application consultant. Maybe you have experience with D365 FO, SAP, Business Central, IFS or another large ERP system.

The most important for us is that you

• have experience with ERP and business processes
• can collaborate with many different disciplines
• dare to challenge existing solutions and workflows, so you help people navigate through change
• are good at creating momentum and making things happen
