ESDH Manager for Silkeborg Municipality

Do you want to combine technical system administration with close contact to users?

Silkeborg Municipality is seeking an outgoing and technically strong system administrator who will take daily responsibility for administration, operation, support and further development of the municipality's ESDH system, Acadre. You will become the central link between users, ESDH ambassadors, super users, the supplier, the IT Center and the system owner.

About the position

Your main task is to ensure that Acadre functions stably, is used correctly and is developed in line with the organization\'s needs. The role requires solid technical understanding, but also the ability to communicate, teach and foster effective collaboration around the system.

Your main tasks

• ensure the daily administration, operation and further development of Acadre
• plan and coordinate updates, testing and deployment of new features and versions in cooperation with the supplier, users and the IT Center
• analyze faults and technical issues focusing on integrations, data flows and system dependencies
• provide support for complex inquiries and ensure that users, super users and ambassadors receive the necessary sparring and guidance
• facilitate the network of ESDH ambassadors and contribute to consistent use of the system across the organization
• translate needs and improvement wishes into concrete solutions in collaboration with the system owner and the supplier

In addition you will be responsible for supporting the ongoing development of Acadre through training, documentation, data quality, information security and advising management and the system owner.

We imagine that you

• have a solid IT-technical understanding and preferably experience with system administration, application operation or system management
• have good collaborative skills and can coordinate across users, disciplines, suppliers and IT specialists
• can understand system architecture, integrations, data flows and technical dependencies
• work in a structured way with fault finding, documentation, changes and follow-up
• can convey technical and complex topics clearly and pedagogically to different audiences
• enjoy both technical operational tasks, user support, teaching and facilitation of professional networks
• preferably have knowledge of ESDH, Acadre, public administration, GDPR and information security.

You are systematic, analytical and curious about technical interdependencies. You take responsibility, follow tasks through to completion and keep an overview when several parties must contribute to a solution. At the same time you are service-minded and pedagogical and meet users at eye level.
